I am sorry, but no. As apart of my personal policy, I do not do refunds.

Lost or damaged goods?
If your item is lost in transit, please provide your information in the form below to the e-mail [email protected], I will be more than happy to send you a new item that is similar to the one lost. However, you will not get a refund if you don't end up wanting the item after it ends up lost.
Please note that a month of being lost in transit is needed before action can be taken.
If item is damaged in transit, please provide photo evidence and we will see what we can do for you. Please use the form provided below to the best of your ability. If you need to add additional information, feel free to do so.

Returns?
Returns are accepted, but refunds are not given. You must pay for shipping and handling.

Custom orders?
Custom orders are always accepted.
Please allow two additional business days onto the processing for custom orders on materials I already have.
If I do not have the materials available, please allow an additional seven days for processing, so that I may acquire the materials for your item(s).

Shipping Policy?
Shipping will take approximately 7-14 business days after processing has finished.
Please allow additional days for bad weather and your local postal service.

Processing Policy?
Processing will take 3-5 business days after payment has cleared.
Please allow an additional two business days for custom orders for processing.
Please allow additional days if we're not feeling well or feeling under the weather. We are less likely to process your order if we're sick, as it takes much longer to build up the energy to process your order. Thank you.

Do you use bottle caps for everything?
No. Bottle caps are mostly limited to the geeky items. If you see an item with a bottle cap, I cannot remove it for you. You'll have to place a custom order, if you want something similar to it.
Bottle caps are hand painted using acrylic paint and water color paint most of the time. However, some paints are water based acrylics used for airbrushing. A primer is placed on the bottle caps before paint is applied. Another coat of primer is applied after paint has dried. A gloss is applied after primer has dried.
Bottle caps are then hot glued onto the ribbon for hair bows, and headbands.
Bottle caps are the primary item used for earrings and necklaces. They are also solely used for keychains.
Bottle caps can be applied to bowties, at your pleasure.
